Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
To request a cancellation, email support@candleaf.us with your order number and cancellation request.
Cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing and shipping status.
If an order has already been dispatched and cannot be canceled, customers may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns and Refunds
Candleaf accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Returned products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging.
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
